Ingredients: Organic black tea, tusli, east Indian basil, hibiscus, gotu kola, alma, ashwagandha, cinnamon, guduchi, shankpushpi, bacopa, turmeric, ginger, sage, cardamom 

Other Ingredients: raspberry flavor, lemon flavor

Directions

Steep at a full boil for 3-7 minutes, depending on how strong you desire the flavor. Add milk of choice, such as almond, soy, cow's milk, or even coconut. When a sweet treat feels right, we enjoy stirring in a dash of honey as well.
