Turmeric Milk Mix

Description: Nourishing, grounding blend of herbs and spices, naturally sweetened with a touch of date sugar. Also known as golden milk, this warming beverage is caffeine free and can be enjoyed any time of day.

Ingredients: Date sugar, Turmeric, Ashwagandha, Peppermint, Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Mineral Salt, Black pepper 

Suggested use: In a small pot, combine 1 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Milk Mix with 8 oz of your preferred milk. Stir to combine and gently heat. Pour directly into your cup, sweeten to taste and enjoy
