Ingredients: Shepherd's Purse 

Common use:

Herbal astringent; promotes urinary tract health; promote healthy bladder control; supports smooth female cycle; soothes venous discomfort; supports blood vessel tone; topical skin wash for cuts & bruises.

Suggested directions:

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ¼ to ½ teaspoonful of powder. Drink 1-2 cups of tea daily. If desired add honey and/or lemon to suit taste. NOT TO BE USED DURING PREGNANCY OR BY PERSONS WITH A HISTORY OF KIDNEY STONES.
