Suggested Use:

Common use:

Herbal astringent; promotes urinary tract health; promote healthy bladder control; supports smooth female cycle; soothes venous discomfort; supports blood vessel tone.

Other Uses:

Topical skin wash; add to skincare formulas, especially in combination with Witch Hazel.

Suggested directions:

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. NOT TO BE USED DURING PREGNANCY OR BY PERSONS WITH A HISTORY OF KIDNEY STONES.
