Suggested directions:
Prepare a decoction by using 1 teaspoon of Pau d'Arco per 1 cup of water. Allow to simmer on the stove for 5-15 minutes, depending on strength desired. Add honey or stevia to suit taste. Adults, drink 1-3 cups daily
