Suggested use:
Take 2 capsules two times a day or as directed by your Health Care Professional. Should be used for 6 to 12 weeks or until you feel that the energy level is back to normal. Avoid taking this product after 2 pm. as it may interfere with normal sleep patterns. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion.
