Elderberry tea

Description: Elderberry Tea boasts many health benefits, including strengthening the immune system, and supporting upper respiratory health. It’s a great source of antioxidants, and vitamins A, C, and B, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and zinc.

Ingredients: Elderberry 

Suggested use:

Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 12 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.
