NOW Colloidal Minerals is a pleasant tasting blend comprised of highly absorbable, water-soluble minerals derived from prehistoric plant deposits in Utah. Ingredients: Boron, Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Phosphorus, Potassium, Selenium, Silver, Sodium, Sulfur, Zinc

Other Ingredients: Purified water, citric acid, fulvic acid, potassium sorbate (as preservative) and potassium benzoate (as preservative).

Suggested Use: Take 2 tablespoons daily in juice or water.
