 Ingredients: Organic Sencha Green Tea Leaves, Organic Matcha Green Tea Leaves, Organic Green Tea Extract (Leaf).

Suggested use: Steep one tea bag in 6-8 ounces of boiling water for 4-6 minutes. Stir occasionally while steeping.
