Common use:
Supports female reproductive health; relieves menstrual discomforts; supports a smooth female cycle; morning sickness associated with pregnancy, postpartum tonic, promotes healthy lactation.
Other Uses:
Herbal astringent (tightens & tones muscle and tissue; reduces secretions and discharges); soothes gastrointestinal discomfort; relieves occasional acid indigestion; builds healthy blood; promotes menopausal health.
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste.
