Lovage is indigenous to the Mediterranean region but cultivated in herb gardens elsewhere. This herbal diuretic supports kidney, bladder and urinary tract health.
Ingredients: Lovage Root
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. NOT TO BE USED DURING PREGNANCY OR BY PERSONS WITH IMPAIRED OR INFLAMED KIDNEYS.
