Common use:
Strengthens stomach functions, promotes digestion; helps to prevent & relieve intestinal gas; pleasantly flavors medicinal teas; circulatory tonic; add to liver/kidney cleansing formula. For culinary purposes, the powder can be dissolved in mixes & stews.
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste.
