Ingredients: Hops
Common use:
Occasional sleeplessness; calms stress, restlessness, and simple nervous tension; relaxes tense muscles; resolves nervous irritability (tea blended with Lemon Balm, Valerian and Peppermint); calming herbal bath.
Other Uses:
Bitter digestive tonic (promotes secretion of beneficial gastric juices; alleviates gas, bloating and fullness and stuffed feeling); calms nervous stomach; eases muscle spasms; calms sexual desire.
Suggested directions:
1 to 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. NOT TO BE USED DURING PREGNANCY. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION.
