Common use:
Supports blood pressure health already within normal range; supports healthy digestion; herbal source of vitamin C and bioflavonoids.
Other Uses:
Add to medicinal teas to improve taste; makes a fruity, tart iced tea (get directions and suggestions here); natural colorant for foods and DIY hair and skin care blends.
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste.
