Suggested directions:

Some people add the powder to juice, smoothies or yogurt to mask the gritty texture and earthy, chalk-like taste. It’s important to take Pure Siliceous Earth with at least 8 oz of liquid or water, and start with ½ - teaspoon then slowly increase to 1 tablespoon daily.
