Directions: For Adult use only. Shake Well 10- 15 seconds. Pour a capful into mouth and gently swish and pull between teeth and gums. Start with 3minutes and work up to 20minutes for best results. Spit the rinse into garbage pail and not the sink, as oils may solidify in cooler temperatures.
