Ingredients: Therapeutic Bath-Espon Salt, Spearmint, Eucalyptus, Chamomile. Citrus Soak- Himalayan salt, Epson Salt, lemon, sweet orange, hibiscus flower 

Suggested use: 1 cup of bath salt in warm bath water and soak body for 30min or can put 1/2 in foot bath to soak feet.
